As a Customer Success Manager, her primary responsibilities revolve around leading and supporting customer implementations of Pinnacle Series, with a focus on driving adoption and usage among enterprise-sized accounts. Mary has more than 20 years of experience in project management and driving process improvements, including software implementations. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loras College, and her MBA from the University of Dubuque.
