Haley Lundgren – Customer Success Enablement Specialist
Haley joined the Eagle Point Software team in 2019. As a Customer Success Enablement Specialist, she’s responsible for implementing internal training programs, policies, and procedures to enable the Customer Success teams to successfully partner with customers through key stages of their lifecycle journey with the Pinnacle Series solution. Her focus is to work cross-functionally between departments to enable the Customer Success teams to effectively drive customer value realization and outcomes, accelerate learning, and improve Customer Success effectiveness in alignment with both our customers goals and company vision.
Haley received an Associate of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare Information from Northeast College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubuque. She is also certified as a Registered Health Information Technician.
