Join Pinnacle Series' Customer Success Team Lead Amanda Wachendorf at the 2021 virtual BIM Coordinators Summit! Amanda will be presenting in a group panel discussing how to build digital competency for information management.

Amanda has assisted organizations as they successfully navigate change for more than a decade. She has developed and now leads a team of customer success managers for Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series, the leading AEC learning and productivity platform. Amanda and her team work diligently with premier Architectural, Engineering, and Construction firms worldwide to fully leverage their design solutions and support remote working teams. She has hosted numerous live learning events for some of the world’s largest and most cutting-edge firms.
Amanda continues to guide both her team and Eagle Point customers to facilitate change management and work to achieve organizational goals in close partnership with Autodesk and the world’s leading Autodesk Partners.
Amanda started her career in the healthcare industry and carries a bachelor’s degree in social work from Clarke University.
As a trained BIM Leader, Vaughan has discovered remarkable patterns about how the construction sector and organizations think, act, and communicate. He is passionate about leading a movement to inspire the industry to do the things that belives will change the way we work in our digital built environment.
Vaughan has lectured at the Department of Construction and Economics Management at the University of Cape Town, transferring knowledge learnt on new generation technology for the construction industry. In addition to his valuable role within the construction industry in South Africa, he has also recently received an award for the top 30 BIM Blogs on the internet.
Vaughan, successfully established the BIM Academy Africa in 2017 and has recently steered the Ethiopian government BIM implementation program. Vaughan has also been recently voted in as one of the Top 500 BIM Global Influences on social media.
After graduating from DIT Bolton Street in 1983, Patrick gained experience with large Irish and international practices in Dublin before moving to London. After 15 years of invaluable experience with a number of major UK practices, he returned to Ireland in 2000 and worked with one of the country’s largest commercial architectural practices at team leader and associate level on large scale mixed-use residential, commercial office, retail, hotel and leisure developments.
Since 2009 as a partner of ArcDox, Patrick has successfully overseen the completion of a mix of projects using BIM processes using the Autodesk Revit suite of BIM tools and supported architects, engineers and contractors with Revit training and BIM implementation on their projects.
