CLIENT SUPPORT - SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

The VIP Subscription Program makes it easy to manage new enhancements, updates, and upgrades to increase the productivity of your organization and receive the highest quality technical support. This keeps your organization on the cutting edge of technological capabilities in the land development industry.
Overview of the Support Subscription Plans
Eagle Point is constantly developing new capabilities that change the face of land development practices - allowing you to design projects more efficiently and as part of a more unified and continuous workflow.

Additionally, Eagle Point has always focused on providing unparalleled technical support on an ongoing basis. Another important part of the VIP Subscription Program is to further enhance the technical support capabilities to provide you with an unprecedented level of responsiveness in the industry. The VIP Subscription Program will provide your organization with guaranteed immediate live assistance directly from the developers of the applications you utilize.

This program includes two levels of subscription service - Premium and Standard - with terms of one (1), two (2), and three (3) years. The Premium level offers benefits above and beyond the Standard level, which enhances your proactive link with Eagle Point for technology tools, information, and ongoing support.

Standard VIP Subscription Plan
  1. Technical Support
    You have access to a toll-free "1-800" telephone number for unlimited access to Eagle Point's engineers for technical support. While Eagle Point strives to handle support calls live, we do not guarantee a specified response time under our Standard Level program.
  2. Automatic Periodic Upgrades
    All enhancements, updates and upgrades to the Eagle Point software covered under this agreement will be shipped proactively via a CD. "Enhancements, updates and upgrades" include major upgrades, minor upgrades, platform exchanges, and any "bug" fixes that may be necessary. They do not include CAD platform exchanges (e.g., changing from Eagle Point for AutoCAD to Eagle Point for MicroStation).

NOTE: There is no minimum number of Eagle Point modules that you must own for Standard level status.

 
Premium VIP Subscription Plan
  1. Guaranteed Immediate Technical Support
    You have access to a special toll-free "1-888" telephone number reserved especially for Premium Level VIP clients. When using this line, you are guaranteed a response within fifteen (15) minutes.
  2. Automatic Periodic Upgrades
    All enhancements, updates, and upgrades to the Eagle Point software covered under this agreement are shipped proactively via a CD. "Enhancements, updates and upgrades" include major upgrades, minor upgrades, platform exchanges, and any "bug" fixes that may be necessary. They do not include CAD platform exchanges (e.g., changing from Eagle Point for AutoCAD to Eagle Point for MicroStation).
NOTE: In order to qualify for Premium level status, you must own a minimum of 50 active Eagle Point modules.
