 Changes to Subscription Program
Over the course of the last year, we
evaluated our Subscription Programs.
As part of this evaluation process,
we conducted surveys with our
clients regarding their respective
plans. Based on that feedback, we
are implementing changes to all of
our Subscription Programs.
Previously, a part of our
Subscription Plans, we shipped CD's
each quarter throughout the contract
period. As reflected in the feedback
from our clients, as well as our
research, we are reducing the
quantity of CD's that we send on an
annual basis.
We feel this change will benefit you
by:
- Providing the same number of
enhancements, updates within the
year without the quarterly
installation and rollout overhead.
- Having the CD releases coincide with
the release of new CAD Platforms and
Operating Systems.
Restructure your maintenance
contract to get the service you needEveryone has different abilities and
requirements when it comes to using
their software and keeping it up to
date, that’s why Eagle Point offers
many different maintenance options.
They include the following services,
which are all offered on an annual
contract:
Premium VIP service, which includes
periodic software upgrades and
phone support with a guaranteed
response time of less than 15
minutes, for $165 per module owned.
VIP service, which includes
periodic software upgrades and
phone support, for $150 per module
owned.
- Periodic upgrade service, which
includes software
upgrades, for $130 per module owned.
- Eagle Point Security Coverage for
the Allegro, which includes loaner
collectors if your unit fails, all
wearable parts replacement, unit
malfunctions repair, software
upgrades, phone technical support
and new data collection exchange, at
prices ranging from $800 to $1200.
Customize your software to fit your
needs
Every day Eagle Point receives
software enhancement request from
our clients. What historically has
happened is the requests are put
into a database, which is evaluated
and tested to produce the
list or enhancements for the
following upgrade.In many cases this is great for a
client whose request passes the test
and build and is added to the
software, but not so great if your
request doesn’t pass the test. When
this happens you’re left with two
options: First, you can wait it out
and your request may pass a future
test and be added to the software,
or secondly you can take advantage
of Eagle Points Rapid Development
Program.
The Rapid Development Program is
simple. An Eagle Point Consultant
will work with you to investigate
and uncover what is causing your
problems today. From there the team
will design a solution that will
contain performance criteria that
meet or exceed the required outcome
for you to receive a return on your
investment. If you and Eagle Point
agree, a contract is created, Eagle
Point builds your new enhancement
for the agreed upon fee and deploys
it in a future release of the
product affected.
The Rapid Development Program is one
"for sure" way to have the features
you want and need, designed the way
you want them.
Save money with trade-in programs
Many times our clients have invested
in competitive products that in the
end are not producing the desired
output. Many times these products
are not compatible with current CAD
systems or data structures used by
the organization or the learning
curve is greater than anticipated.
In cases where you have current
competitive software or hardware
solutions that you would like to
exchange for new Eagle Point
solutions we will compare like
products and provide a rebate for
the products you have exchanged.Get educated with our internet
education plans
Traditionally education was reading
a book or going to a classroom for
instruction. Today Eagle Point
offers Internet training that
includes a "live" instructor
operating on your computer
communicating with you over the
phone. Your instructor is
demonstrating the processes and
functions to you on your computer
then observing while you perform the
task on your computer, all via the
Internet.This is great way receive education
when travel and time are limited or
prohibitive. It’s also a great way
to receive a refresher course on
things you haven’t tackled in a
while. Eagle Point will also consult
with you on projects as they’re
being designed if you need help. |
