EAGLE POINT SECURITY
COVERAGE PLANS FOR THE
ALLEGRO
The Eagle Point Security Coverage
Plan is an extended warranty plan
provided by Eagle Point. This plan
allows Allegro CE and CX users to
purchase coverage for their Allegro
for an extended period of time. This
coverage includes free repair on
wearable parts and hardware failure,
a loaner unit shipped within 24
hours of their request, and a new
Allegro every 2, 3 or 4 years. |

The Eagle Point Security Coverage
Plan for the Allegro CE/CX includes:
- VIP level technical phone support on
SMI Software including field and
desktop products.
- VIP level technical phone support on
Allegro CE/CX Data Collector.
- VIP level software updates when
available including field and
desktop products.
- Free desktop software emulator.
- All hardware and peripheral repairs
or replacements if required
(replacement applies to cables
only).
- All shipping of loaner Allegro CE/CX
to the client is paid by Eagle Point
( next day service ).
- All shipping of Allegro CE/CX from
client directly to Juniper or Eagle
Point is paid by client.
- All return shipping cost on loaner
Allegro CE/CX to Eagle Point is paid
by client.
- Loaner Allegro CE/CX is shipped next
day within 24 hours of request.
- Loaner Allegro CE/CX is expected to
be returned within 48 hours of
receipt of repaired unit. In the
event the unit is not returned
within 48 hours, Eagle Point will
bill the client $50.00 per day
outstanding.
