Training will be done in a classroom
setting with each student working on
their own computer. (Computers and
project information can be provided
by Eagle Point, if desired.) We will
work with you to determine the
agenda for the training to ensure a
maximum return on your time and

and productive with a short learning

On-line Interactive Training*
The ultimate in time and
convenience! You can schedule
one-hour blocks of time with our
engineers to train you at your
convenience.Using web conferencing technology, Eagle Point
can train you over a live Internet
connection. During the interactive
sessions, users view lessons on
their PCs via an Internet browser
and a free plug-in for Internet
Explorer or Netscape. The audience,
which is usually limited to 12
participants, can listen to the host
and ask questions using a chat
feature, or by using the telephone
or email.
On-line Interactive Consulting*
The on-line consulting option takes
our service one step further in
convenience. Instead of having a
number of individuals learning our
software via a live Internet
connection, on-line consulting
allows for a more open-ended
personalized approach.An Eagle Point engineering solutions
analyst will be available to assist
you in meeting your objectives. The
biggest advantage to on-line
consulting is the ability to
immediately see the time and money
that will be saved through the use
of our software on the tasks you do
everyday.
Our technical solutions analyst can
observe your project(s), advise you
