The Pinnacle Series Partner Network is made up of three programs: Sales & Service Partner, Content Developer Partner, and Platform Partner. You have the opportunity to apply and join one, two or all three of these programs.

Pinnacle Series Partner Network Programs

Pinnacle Series Sales and Service Partner

Pinnacle Series Sales and Service Partners are responsible for:

  • Reselling the Pinnacle Series – Sales and Service Partners will resell Pinnacle Series Subscriptions and deliver via their co-branded edition.
  • Servicing the Subscriptions Sold – Sales and Service Partners will support their customers through the Pinnacle Series Platform resources including the chat, phone and email tools.
  • Creating and Selling Proprietary Content Subscriptions – Sales and Service Partners will create and sell Proprietary Content Subscriptions and deliver the subscriptions to the customer via their co-branded edition of the Pinnacle Series Platform.
  • Offering Distinguished Consulting Services – Sales and Service Partners will leverage the Pinnacle Series Platform to offer innovative consulting services. By utilizing the platform, consultants will work with customers to document client-specific content such as Workflows, Cheat Sheets, and Videos, and make that content available to the customer via their co-branded edition of the Pinnacle Series Platform.
Ideally, candidates for Pinnacle Series Sales and Service Partner will have the following qualities:

  • Able to place significant focus on Pinnacle Series sales
  • Aspire to change and improve their business
  • Desire to build a new revenue stream around the Pinnacle Series
  • Have an already established client base to bring the Pinnacle Series into
  • Have the desire and ability to create Proprietary Content Subscriptions
  • Will set Pinnacle Series and Content Subscription Performance Goals
  • Able to support the products included in the Content Subscriptions
  • Look to sell enterprise licenses of the Pinnacle Series

Pinnacle Series Content Developer Partner

Pinnacle Series Content Developer Partners are responsible for creating Public Content Subscriptions by combining Workflows, Cheat Sheets, Videos, and Training Classes built on the Pinnacle Series Platform. Pinnacle Series Sales and Service Partners will then sell the Public Content Subscriptions, resulting in the Content Developer earning royalties for both the sale and renewal of the subscriptions.
Ideally, candidates for Pinnacle Series Content Developer Partner will have the following qualities:

  • Want to create a new revenue stream from content creation
  • Sufficient experience using the target software in a production or training environment
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly through both verbal and written forms
  • Have time to dedicate to content creation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to set and meet clear deadlines
  • Translating partners – Must be fluent with translation languages

Pinnacle Series Platform Partner

Pinnacle Series Platform Partners are responsible for:

  • Reselling the Pinnacle Series – Platform Partners will provide their customers and partners Pinnacle Series Subscriptions including proprietary content via their co-branded edition.
  • Servicing the Subscriptions Sold – Platform Partners will support their customers through the Pinnacle Series Platform resources including the chat, phone and email tools.
  • Creating and Selling Proprietary Content Subscriptions – Platform Partners will create and sell Proprietary Content Subscriptions and deliver the subscriptions to the customer via their co-branded edition of the Pinnacle Series Platform.
  • Offering Consulting Services – Platform Partners can leverage the Pinnacle Series Platform to offer innovative consulting services. By utilizing the platform, consultants will work with customers to document client-specific content such as Workflows, Cheat Sheets, and Videos, and make that content available to the customer via their co-branded edition of the Pinnacle Series Platform.
Ideally, candidates for Pinnacle Series Sales and Service Partner will have the following qualities:

  • Interest in Enterprise licensing for all customers
  • Customer base greater than 10,000
  • Many software titles that integrate into workflow procedures
  • Need to deliver proprietary content to their customers and dealers
  • Need for a self-help system to guide customers and dealers
  • Desire to build a new revenue stream or improve their value proposition
