Health Insurance and Health Flex Spending Plan
Eagle Point offers our employees the
opportunity for health care
coverage, and pays for 50% of the
plan premium. Coverage includes
standard medical needs, as well as office visits, well-baby
care, immunizations, routine
physical exams and prescription drug
coverage.
An optional health flex
spending plan that employees may use to pay
for certain health benefits or expenses on
a pre-tax basis is available.
Employees pay for expenses with a
credit card issued to them at
signup.
Term Life, Short Term Disability,
and Long Term Disability InsuranceWe offer voluntary term life, short
term disability and long term
disability plans for employees who
wish to have this type of coverage. |

Eagle Point 401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) plan allows for
several different investment options
with varying risks and returns.
Employees can make changes to their
investments daily and their
deferrals monthly. The plan includes
a discretionary match by the

sharing plan in place we will
drive performance improvement
causing more sharing and more
