Steve Biver

Mr. Biver has worked in the land development industry for over 2 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with EIT certification. At Eagle Point, he has provided custom training and support for both small and large organizations. Through the custom training classes, Mr. Biver has expanded his understanding of the different surveying and engineering principles. He has helped companies deploy standards and solutions using several different technologies, including Eagle Point, AutoCAD, Microstation and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Loran Chick

Mr. Chick is an Engineering Consultant with the Land Development Consulting Group with Eagle Point. A Professional Land Surveyor with over 14 years of experience in surveying and mapping operations and applications. His broad-based background started at an entry-level position on a survey party to a managerial position as the ranking surveyor for a state Department of Transportation. Mr. Chick has served in the capacities of field surveyor, software support technician, teacher, supervisor, project manager, director of policy and primary contact person.

Anne Gerrietts

Ms. Gerrietts has worked in the land development industry for over 8 years and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Physics with EIT certification. Ms. Gerrietts' previous experience in construction inspection and project management for a DOT has provided her with field experience and the ability to understand what clients deal with on a daily basis. She also has done surveying and design work, and has implemented software in construction offices. At Eagle Point, Ms. Gerrietts has been instrumental in providing technical support and professional services to clients on CAD and Eagle Point desktop products. In her current role as Engineering Consultant, Ms. Gerrietts has helped clients with implementation and management of their workflow processes.

Nick Hutton

Mr. Hutton is a qualified and experienced project manager, who specializes in the area Geospatial Information Technology. He has been involved in the procurement and management of a wide variety of GIS, GPS, Infrastructure Asset Management, and Mobile Data Collection initiatives for government agencies of many sizes. He possesses a diverse educational background, which includes civil engineering, computer science, geospatial technology, and business administration, and has more than 20 years of experience in providing professional services to the civil engineering, transportation planning, public works, and public safety sectors of government.

Kent Kraus

Mr. Kraus is a Business Consultant in the Business Consulting Group at Eagle Point. In his 12 years at Eagle Point, Mr. Kraus has held many positions including management-level positions and has helped hundreds of organizations reach their goals. He has served on the Board of Examiners for the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence, a state level Malcolm Baldrige Award program. In his current role as a Business Consultant, Mr. Kraus has extensive experience in working with executive-level professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and deploying solutions aimed at helping them achieve their goals and objectives. He has worked with companies to facilitate the definition of strategic plans, as well as facilitation of the creation of awareness, agreement, practice and measurement of the defined plans. He has presented on a variety of topics at numerous industry conferences including most recently a Strategic Planning Workshop.

Drew Leino

Mr. Leino is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years experience in the Land Development industry and has a vast understanding of the unique requirements and processes involved in the various types of projects in the land development market, whether private or public. He has worked with small to multi-national organizations on projects ranging from small site work or short rural 2-lane county roads to large subdivisions and divided limited access roads and interchanges. As an Engineering Consultant with Eagle Point, Mr. Leino has worked with clients to determine what is the proper way to implement standard practices in their processes, from the initial survey to final construction staking, focusing specifically on what will work for each organization given their size and capabilities. He has also worked with organizations to set up their unique standards, ranging from the proper codes to use in the collection of survey data and the development of standard CAD settings used to generate plan sets to standardization on the proper use of Eagle Point, SMI, CAD and other applications.

Don Quinn

Mr. Quinn has worked in the land development industry for over 13 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with EIT certification. At Eagle Point, Mr. Quinn has been instrumental in providing technical support to clients on CAD and Eagle Point desktop products, as well as providing professional services to numerous surveying, landscape architecture, construction and civil engineering firms. In his current role as Engineering Consultant, Mr. Quinn works with clients to document their workflow processes and design and deploy solutions that help them resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Duane Richter

Mr. Richter is an Engineering Consultant with over 10 years of experience working with clients in the Land Development industry. At Eagle Point, he has provided support and training to small and large organizations. Through custom training classes, Mr. Richter has expanded his knowledge of different engineering principles. He has helped companies deploy custom standards and solutions to help optimize the process in which they work through various projects.

Luis Rojas

Mr. Rojas is a Civil Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the Land Development industry in North America, Central America, South America and Asia. As an Engineering Consultant with Eagle Point, Mr. Rojas assists clients in improving their workflow processes by defining best practices, reengineering processes, implementing CADD standards, developing training and resolving technical issues. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Mr. Rojas provided consulting services in urban and rural roads design, railroad design, and site designs to mining and oil operations.

Damon Seys

Mr. Seys is an Engineering Consultant with over 13 years experience in the Land Development industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Damon worked as a project manager on engineering design projects ranging from residential development to $200 million DOT construction projects. Through this experience, Mr. Seys has gained a vast understanding of the overall design process and the impacts of successful project management. At Eagle Point, Damon works closely with small to large organizations aiding them in developing better process management practices and strengthening their abilities to achieve effective project management techniques. Mr. Seys is currently pursuing his PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
