John Biver
Mr. Biver is President and CEO of Eagle Point Corporation. As one of the original founders of Eagle Point, Mr. Biver has been instrumental in the strategic planning of the company during its 20+ year history. After earning his Professional Engineer license, Mr. Biver acted as project manager on a wide variety of projects, including private developments, airports, water and sewer networks, and wastewater treatment facilities. Mr. Biver has also been involved in developing and implementing strategic plans, not only for Eagle Point, but also for numerous governmental and private organizations, helping to facilitate visions for the future of these organizations. Randy Ambrosy
Mr. Ambrosy is Executive Vice President of Business Development at Eagle Point. Mr. Ambrosy possesses over 13 years of experience in the land development industry and over 15 years working in a consultative capacity. At Eagle Point, he has served in a variety of roles including sales, management, international operations and business development. In his current role, he develops and maintains the organization’s strategic relationships. Throughout his tenure in the land development industry, Mr. Ambrosy has developed extensive experience in working with executive-level land development professionals, quickly developing in-depth understanding of their strategic directions and presenting sound recommendations aimed at helping them achieve their goals. Tim Axtell
Mr. Axtell is the Vice President of Human Resources at Eagle Point. He holds a degree in Education with a minor in Business from Loras College and certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as certified by the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Mr. Axtell has experience in many Human Resource and Management related issues that include hiring, employee orientation, performance improvement, supervisor training, wage administration, employee relations and company policy handbook creation. David Daack
Mr. Daack is a Sales Manager at Eagle Point. He has nearly fifteen years of operational management experience in the telecommunications industry, most notably with Tele Communications Inc. (TCI) and AT&T Broadband. He has been an agent of change and has held management positions in marketing, sales, project management and as a general manager. He has also taught college level marketing, writing, organizational communication and business courses at the graduate and undergraduate level. Mr. Daack holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Corporate Communication from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Tom Goerdt
Mr. Goerdt is a Sales Manger at Eagle Point. In his 14+ years working in the land development industry Mr. Goerdt has gained a broad base of knowledge in helping organizations increase productivity. He has developed extensive experience working with land development professionals, developing an understanding of the problems they face and presenting sound recommendations aimed at helping them achieve their goals. He has served on the Board of Examiners for the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence, a state level business improvement program based on the Malcolm Baldrige Award program. Brad HeilMr. Heil is the Director of the Land Development Consulting Group at Eagle Point. In his 12+ years of service with Eagle Point, Mr. Heil has helped hundreds of organizations achieve greater success in their technology implementations. His extensive experience with countless project development approaches and processes has allowed him to provide valuable perspective to clients about what is most likely to work well for them (and what tends not to work so well). Mr. Heil leads Eagle Point's development staff, including engineering and programming, helping to define, prioritize and manage Eagle Point's short- and long-term product development direction. He also continues to work directly with numerous Eagle Point clients, focusing his efforts on working specifically with those that possess the largest and most complex process and technology environments. Mr. Heil is also an accomplished speaker and has delivered his expertise in land development processes and technology to hundreds of attendees at numerous national and international conferences over the years. Laura Howard
Ms. Howard is the Business Consulting Group Manager at Eagle Point. She earned her degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Training and Development and a minor in Organizational Sociology from Iowa State University. Ms. Howard has experience in a variety of organizational development issues including training and development, organizational communication, change management, coaching, and human performance improvement. She has presented at various functions for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and has been a featured writer in Land Development Today magazine.
Lori Kilburg
Ms. Kilburg is Director of Information Systems at Eagle Point. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science, a master’s degree in business administration and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms Kilburg has extensive experience in measuring performance and managing projects to improve business processes. She has been involved in developing and managing systems and processes in human resources and payroll, electronic purchasing and payment, warehousing and logistics, strategic planning, business continuity planning, and help desk services. Randy Koos
Mr. Koos is the Corporate Controller and Financial Services Manager at Eagle Point. In his 15+ years of service with Eagle Point, Mr. Koos has worked and managed in every facet of the Financial Services department. He holds a Bachelor's degree with majors in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Dubuque. |
