- Sales
We are looking for eager, aggressive sales talent to build our market awareness and most importantly to win new business. Ideal candidate is results-oriented and self-motivated with a smart work ethic. Direct business to business and cold calling sales experience is preferred.
Requirements: Superb prospecting, selling and closing skills. The ability to identify, cultivate and gain commitments from current and new customers. Strong, high-volume cold calling experience is preferable, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with this type of sale.

- Casual Dress, Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)
Eagle Point offers a professional casual dress atmosphere for our employees. We also offer all regular full-time and part-time employees paid holidays and the ability to accrue paid time off (vacation and sick) per calendar year.
- Health Insurance and Health Flex Spending Plan
Eagle Point offers our employees the opportunity for health care coverage and contributes towards the premiums of each employee’s single or family plan choice. Coverage includes standard medical needs, as well as office visits, well-baby care, immunizations, routine physical exams and prescription drug coverage. An optional health flex spending plan that employees may use to pay for certain health benefits or expenses on a pre-tax basis is available. Eagle Point contributes dollars each payroll towards every employees' flexible medical account. Employees pay for expenses with a credit card issued to them at signup.
- Term Life, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability Insurance
Eagle Point offers voluntary term life, short term disability and long term disability plans for employees who wish to have this type of coverage.
- 401(k) Plan
Eagle Point's 401(k) plan allows for several different investment options with varying risks and returns. The plan includes a discretionary match by the company.
- Success Sharing
We want to share our company success with our performers. We believe that by having a success sharing plan in place we will drive performance improvement causing more sharing and more improvement to happen regularly. This sharing plan gives us the opportunity to earn additional cash payouts each quarter for pushing ourselves to improve every day.
- Opportunity to Travel
As part of their job descriptions, certain employees have the opportunity to travel for on-site visits with clients and conferences.
